Closure

Closure

Technically a negative word, Close. To shut down. To end.

What most of us don’t comprehend it is this very negative word that will give us a positive way ahead. When a Pandora’s box of emotional distress opens up, due to a situation or relationship there has to be a full stop to curb the grief and thereby permanently close the box.

Just imagine if we get proper closures or in simpler words reasonable answers to our questions like,
Why me?
Why did it happen to us?
What did we do wrong?
Why doesn’t he love me?
Why doesn’t she marry me?
Why only bad things happen to me year after year?

Wouldn’t it be easy to live if we immediately get answers to such messy situations? Yeah. Smiling huh!. But then well, its not a Happy Meal. You order and it is delivered. It’s more like make a meal from scratch and then you might not be in a position to savor it either. Yea, such is life.

The fundamental peace needed for our human curiosity ends, if we get answers to our “What ifs”. Giving us something to hang on to. Sometimes genuine real answers or sometimes a false hope or false empathy our soul craved to function as normal.

Functioning normal, is the issue actually. We all so boxed up by years of thought process of being normal that we tend to run behind rectifying the situation instead of accepting and moving forward.

Accepting the fact that yes something went wrong in our life takes a mammoth effort. We often resent the accepting part because we just aren’t taught to handle situations. Somebody forgot to program that when they build us. So we have to learn on our own. One day at a time. One step at a time we stumble upon life.

Stumbling Upon Life is a living archive of wonder — documenting experiments in resilience, motherhood, medicine, and meaning. It’s not a manual for perfection, but a lab report on becoming: how we stumble, adapt, and build new blueprints for growth. Through honest storytelling and systems thinking, it connects lived experience to collective wisdom.
